With its unique rustic appearance, the Basque burnt cheesecake originates from Spain. Cooked at high heat, the exterior of the cake is intentionally burnt to form a crust that perfectly compliments the sweet and creamy centre. Trust us, once you go Basque, you’ll never go back, you will be amazed by the melt-in-your-mouth texture.

While your cheesecake needs to be stored in the refrigerator, traditionally it’s served at room temperature. 

We recommend removing your cheesecake from the refrigerator and letting it sit for about 10-15 minutes before serving. This will allow your cheesecake to become softer and creamier when you’re ready to eat it.

That said, a lot of people enjoy it right out of the fridge too, so why not try both and see which you prefer?

We currently offer two sizes. Full size and mini size. 

Our full size cheesecake is 18cm and serves 8.

Our mini size is approximately 8cm in diameter and perfect for a single serve of cheesecake.

All of our cheesecakes are gluten free except the Tiramisu flavour. We also have other dietary options including lactose free and keto available in our full size cake with original flavour. 

While we take steps to minimise risk of cross contaimination, in our kitchen we use products such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts or wheat and we cannot guarantee a total absence of these allergens in our products.

Lastly, although our ingredients are not Halal certified, we don't use alcohol or gelatine in our cheesecakes. Making our cheesecakes Halal friendly too! (With the exception of our Baileys cheesecake, which has Irish cream liqueur)

Our cakes are baked fresh to order and delivered within 24 hours. Once delivered, they should be stored under 5°C in the refrigerator and they are best consumed within 4 days.

Cover them properly to avoid drying out and absorbing any odours from the fridge. Don’t leave cheesecakes at room temperature for more than 2 hours for food safety reasons.

If you want to store your cheesecakes for much longer, you can also freeze them. Simply wrap your mini cheesecakes in cling film and then a zip lock bag (or a second layer of aluminium foil), then you can store them in the freezer for up to a month. When you’re ready to consume your mini cheesecake, take it out of the freezer and let it thaw in the fridge overnight. You can also freeze a full size cheesecake, but we recommend slicing it and wrapping individual slices before freezing.

All orders need to be placed at least 1 day in advance before 12pm. We don’t accept same day orders.

We bake daily and all of our cakes are baked fresh to order for every pick up/ delivery. But we only deliver our cakes in the weekend within a 20km radius from us. On the Delivery page you will see the list of postcodes that we deliver to and the corresponding day of the week. If you don't see your postcode and need the cakes on a specific day, send us a message to ask as third party delivery could be arranged at extra cost.

We accept pick up orders for full size cakes 7 days a week during available time slots.

We only bake mini cheesecakes on the weekends. However, we may consider bulk orders on weekdays. Just send us a message via the live chat or DM us on Instagram to inquire

Occasionally you can find our cheesecakes at Dymocks café (inside Dymocks Book store at 234 Collins Street in Melbourne CBD), you can try them by slice but flavours will be limited. 

We don’t have a storefront at the moment.  All the cakes are baked in our home kitchen, which is registered with the Glen Eira City Council and received a five-star safe food rating.
